CSH ORCHESTRA

Below is a calendar of the 2011-12 Fine Arts Performances.  Students can attend any of these performances (except for any they are performing in themselves) for their 1 required performance attendance requirement per semester. The link is below to download the form that is required to hand in for their grade.  Both performances are due by December 14th, 2011 for first semester and May 18th 2012 for second semester.

12^th & 13th – Orchestra Display Night – Chatfield – students helping: Arrive at 6:30 – will go until 8:30 or 9:00

14^th – Western States Deadline

21^st – Mark Wood Honor Orchestra Audition: 3:30 – 6:30, Creighton MS

Oct:

4^th- Jazz Band Concert-7 p.m.

6^th – Orchestra Concert 7pm (Chatfield Auditorium) w/Deer Creek orchestra

7^th – Deadline for All State Taping

11^th – Choir Concert 7pm

27 – 29 – Fall Play

Nov:

1^st & 2^nd: Showcase Auditions

3 – 5-Western States Honor Orchestra Festival: UNC

7 & 8: Barage performs w/Lakewood HS at Lakewood HS  - Tickets $15.00

11^th & 12^th: Showcase

16: All County audition: Wheat Ridge HS, 4 – 6:00

17: 8^th Grade Parent Night Open House: Chatfield

Dec:

6^th – Jazz Band Concert

7^th: Orchestra Concert 7 p.m. Chatfield (with Falcon’s orchestra)

12^th Concert Band Concert 7 p.m. Chatfield

13^th – Choir Concert 7pm

14th Performance Credit form is due in class

Jan:

17 – All County Orchestra rehearsals in band/choir/theatre rooms 5:30-8:00 (Chatfield)

19^th All County Orchestra: full rehearsal: Chatfield Instrumental room 5:30 – 8:00

20^th All County: West Bowles Community: rehearse during day, Concert 8:00 p.m.

25^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th – CMEA @ the Broadmoor

25^th: Mark Wood Concert w/Jeffco Honor Orchestra: Broadmoor, International Center 7:00 p.m
